David Kenneth Barnes, Chairman, originally founded our Corporation in 1984. Dr. Barnes spent nearly 20 years in professional services at the Eastman Kodak Company. Later he worked in management and corporate education for such companies as Computevision, Sun Microsystems, and Lucent Technologies.

At the time, our business was known as AGENDA-INTERNATIONAL Group Inc, Solution Services. Our primary focus was in electronic component sales. Our customer base included many international computer manufacturers and telecommunication firms.

Dr. Barnes listened to the customer, and established Agenda-International as a corporation to be sensitive to the needs of it's national and international customers.
